Update in a nutshell - April
In April, we introduced several new features across 5 modules: ATS, Time Off, 1:1 Meetings, Intranet, and Time Tracking.
We encourage you to check them out and start using them in your daily work!

RECRUITMENT

The ATS module has been enriched with a form completion time counter.

Use this data to:
    Improve conversion rates from recruitment forms,
    Obtain a greater number of CVs,
    Analyze the effectiveness of the forms you use.

You can now enhance your company description on the Careers Page with graphics.

This will allow you to effectively take care of Employer Branding and attract more candidates to your company.

TIME OFF

Remote work view in the Calendar.

Does your company have a hybrid work model or have implemented Occasional Remote Work policies? The Remote Work View in the calendar allows you to check who will be working from the office and who will be working remotely. This data will be useful for:

    Planning interdepartmental meetings that should take place in-person
    Estimating office occupancy on specific days
    Planning anchor days and other events
    Monitoring how employees use remote work options

New role in defining the approval flow for leaves: "Parent Department Manager".

This role is useful in building the approval process for leave requests, absences, or remote work in organizations in complex, multi-level organizations.

1:1 MEETINGS

Having a face-to-face meeting with an employee without a laptop? Download and print the agenda to ensure you don't forget anything you want to discuss!

INTRANET

Possibility to segment news basing on employment type.

This allows you to manage information even more precisely and provide employees with only the information that genuinely interests and concerns them.

TIME TRACKING

UI changes to improve application usability:
    "Add Time" option in the top menu of the widget, enabling time addition without entering the "My Time Tracking" tab.
    Setting the next hour when adding time to the Time Track in the Timesheet.

Both changes are designed for users who heavily rely on time tracking. They will accelerate your actions. We have calculated that with 50 employees, these changes can save up to 11 hours per month!
