Update in a nutshell - July
Despite July being a holiday season, we're not idle. 

Below, you'll find a summary of the most important improvements, fixes, and new features in tomHRM. Enjoy using it and speeding up your HR processes!


EMPLOYEES - UI/UX changes 

  1. We have introduced an important functionality in Employees tab - the Column Configurator, which allows you to customize the view of columns with data such as email, phone, work experience, or team membership.   1. We made it easier to navigate to the company's structure view by adding a small structure icon next to the employee's name in their profile. Clicking on it will take the user directly to the structure view, showing where the selected employee is employed. This will make it even easier to understand "who is who" in the company. This feature will be appreciated by both large and smaller organizations. 

  1. Changing the interface language is now available directly in the personal menu (under the avatar), without the need to enter the profile edit mode. 

  1. Adding employees manually is now more straightforward thanks to the improved data layout.

EMPLOYEE RECORDS 

We've enriched the employee contract register with the ability to automatically add a task that will appear a certain time before the contract expires. This will allow better control over employee contracts.

TIME OFF

In this module, we've made several changes: 

  1. Access to leave reports for Team Managers - now Team Managers will also be able to see entries of all individuals assigned to their teams. We provide access in the Settings > Settings > Time Off> Basic tab. 

  1. In delegations, we've introduced the option to approve delegation settlement according to a selected approval path. 

  1. A dedicated report for delegation settlements.

TIME TRACKING

Access to time tracking and clock in/out reports for Team Managers - now Team Managers will also be able to see entries of all individuals assigned to their teams. We provide access in the Settings > Settings > Time Tracking tab.

ATS - UI/UX changes

  1. Improved layout of candidate profiles.

  1. Marking candidates' financial expectations that exceed the specified position budget (if set in the recruitment project and if the candidate provided their financial expectations).

SURVEYS 

Possibility to filter survey results by the parameter "completed/ not completed". This will facilitate working with surveys and reviewing results.

INTRANET 

Similar improvement in the Intranet module, which allows displaying a list of employees who have not confirmed reading a particular news. Data can be exported to an Excel file.
