Update in a nutshell - May/June

The past two months brought many improvements and new features in the ATS, Trainings, Time tracking, as well as in employee profiles and application security.

Feel free to make use of them!

APPLICATION SECURITY AND USAGE - password + automatic re-login

Two updates enhancing UX and data security:

The application password must now be 8 characters long instead of the previous 6.

Automatic re-login after session expiry eliminates the need for users to log in repeatedly. You can set it up in Settings > Settings > General > Security.

RECRUITMENTS → new KPI report + automation

The ATS module received two new features:

Candidate flow between stages report, which shows the number and percentage of candidates who reached each stage of the recruitment process. Generate the report in the Recruitment > Reports > Pipeline details > Flow between stages tab.

Automation for candidate rejection reasons. Now you can design separate email templates based on the reasons for candidate rejection. Automation allows for sending tailored notifications and improving the candidate experience while saving recruiters' time.

A small enhancement in the recruitment form - now you can ask candidates a question that requires a date as an answer. It's an ideal way to find out when the candidate will be available for employment.

TIME TRACKING - Automated timesheet reporting

No longer just one report, but as many as you need! We have expanded the ability to generate automatic time tracking reports based on specified criteria. A wide range of filters allows you to customize them according to your needs. Check it out in Settings > Settings > Time Tracking> Basic.

TRAININGS - new features in training requests:

Comments and mentions. Now you can add comments to each training request submitted by employees and notify other employees about them using the mention system, which is familiar to our users from other modules.

Training needs rejection reasons. This new feature allows you to create a closed catalog of reasons for rejecting employees' training needs. It will help better manage employee development and provide them with necessary feedback.
