The feature introduced in July in the employee contract register, allowing for the automatic creation of tasks when a contract expires, has been warmly received by our users. Due to its popularity, we are expanding this functionality to the Certificates/Licenses/Qualifications.
When entering the expiration date of a certificate, license, or permission, you will be able to set up an automatic task creation that can be assigned to any employee.
This improvement will streamline the process, eliminating the need for manual task creation and enabling more efficient planning for the renewal of permissions or licenses necessary for employees to perform their duties.
We'd like to remind you that access to the Certificates tab within the Employee Profile is available for free with a subscription to any single tomHRM module (excluding the ATS module).
