In a nutshell - Q3 2024

Another quarter of hard work behind us

We have spent this time working on new modules and developing existing functionality based on the needs of our customers. 

EMPLOYEES

Several improvements in the Employees module: 

  • Employee documents show the full document name in the tooltip - this makes it easier to find specific documents. 
  • Added the possibility to define English content in system email notifications.
  • New parameter "Managers higher in the hierarchy" for better management of contracts and certificates in the employee profile. 


GOALS

  • Reorganisation of the goals view in the OKR module and clearer presentation of the key results. 

TIME TRACKING 

In the Overtime sub-module, improvements related to the ability to cancel an overtime request, reports and notifications: 

  • Notifications to the employee that their overtime request has been accepted
  • Notifications to the employee that a request on behalf was submitted
  • Enhancement of TMS overtime reports

In addition, we have introduced settings that allow the employee to report the preferred form of overtime compensation. 

TIME OFF 

  • The OR/AND logical operator has been added to remote work types, making it easier to set the availability of the request for specific groups of employees.
  • Remote work is now also visible in Google Calendar
  • When configuring leave types, you can decide whether an employee can also request 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4 days of work. Each of these options works independently. 
  • Vacations, Absence and Delegation categories can be renamed to better reflect your organisation's needs. 


BUSINESS TRIPS PRO 

Within the Time Off module, an extension of the Business trips management options.

By choosing to upgrade to the paid BUSINESS TRIPS PRO module, you will gain the ability to account for domestic and international delegations, automatically calculate per diems, mileage  and streamline the entire process of handling reporting and accounting for business travel. 

 

WHISTLEBLOWERS

The second module we launched this quarter allows you to both fulfil a legal obligation and increase employee trust and transparency in your organisation.

The Whistleblowers module is a comprehensive whistleblower management tool that not only allows you to report irregularities securely and in compliance with the law, but also relieves you of many manual tasks related to receiving reports or keeping track of legal response deadlines.
