In a nutshell - Q2 2024

In Q2 2024, in order to increase the efficiency of information delivery, security and UX, several new features and improvements were introduced in the tomHRM system.
 
Let's check them out:
 
APP
TIME OFF
  • Leave requests for employees with a blocked/inactive status.
No email notification is sent to blocked or inactive employees for whom a leave request has been submitted. Read more about the status of employees.
 
This functionality is also useful during the implementation phase of the tomHRM Time Off module, when the company wants to archive leave requests in the system without notifying employees.
 
  • Visibility of Absences for Team Members In the absence calendar.
This new option can be enabled in the module settings: Settings>Time Off > Basic. 
 
360 FEEDBACK

New data in XLS sheet report. When downloading the performance review report for an employee, the XLS file will now also include:

  • Feedback name,
  • Feedback type,
  • Start the feedback review
  • Finish review
  • Period.
These additional data points will make it easier to archive performance review data.
 
API
  • Update the TMS module endpoint.
  • An additional endpoint for changing user passwords.

SURVEYS AND TESTS

  • We have added the ability to filter by teams on the Recipients and Results tabs in Surveys. Currently the following parameters can be used for filtering Department, Branch, Team, Job Position, Employment Form, Activity Status.
  • Autosave for surveys and tests.
    In the event of a loss of the Internet connection or an accidental log-out, the respondent will not lose his or her progress. The system saves the completion status every minute. Autosave does not apply to tests with a time limit enabled.
