In a nutshell - Q3 2025

The summer quarter is behind us, and whilst we took some time to rest and recharge 🏖️, we've prepared numerous new features and improvements across several modules for you 💪.

 

APPLICATION

  • We've introduced the Enterprise Security add-on, which will enable enterprise-class companies to align application security with their own standards.
  • Several UX changes (relocating the Competences tab or new filters in tasks) will make using the application easier.
  • Additional information about assigned competency profiles when exporting employee data.

 

GOALS

 

TIME OFF

  • Additional settings in leave subtypes allowing on-demand leave to be excluded from the minimum notice period requirement. This means on-demand leave can be submitted without prior notice, whilst other annual leave days still require the specified advance booking period.
  • For hourly-based leave we've added a parameter that blocks the ability to request leave in partial hours.

ATS RECRUITMENT

Several important changes in the recruitment module:

  • Automatic candidate sharing when moving to another recruitment stage - saving time and ensuring all stakeholders have access to data.
  • Rejection reasons visible in the talent pool.
  • Improvement in the exchange of links to candidate profiles between recruiters and managers. 
  • Consent configuration for future recruitment campaigns.

 

COMMUNICATION

  • Option to enable email notifications for new articles in the knowledge base.
  • Changed article counting method in categories (displayed number is the sum of articles in the category and its subcategories).
  • News articles can be published without specifying the author (anonymously).
  • Possibility to send company events to an integrated external calendar. 

 

TIME TRACKING

  • Adding time entries in projects by administrators and account owners.
  • Enabling project creation rights for non-module administrators - e.g., managers or department managers.
  • Clock-in report access for department managers can include employees from subordinate departments.
